Bali Blue is from an organic certified farm in Indonesia and it's known for its earthy aroma. It's a medium-dark roast Having an aroma of chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar flavor. Its nutty and candy-like flavors are brought out when it’s balanced out by being hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds. The grower is Smallholder farmers from Kintamani whose soil full of volcanic loam that helps with the processing. Its region is Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia, and a variety of Bourbon, Typica, Catimor. This sweet fruit was grown at an altitude of 1200-1600 Meters.
